Privacy Policy — JV Mobile Development

Note for the site owner:this policy accurately describes what the site technically does, but it is not legal advice. Have it reviewed before launch, and fill in the business address and governing jurisdiction below.

The short version

This site does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising, and does not sell data. The only personal information collected is what you type into the contact form and send deliberately.

What is collected

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the following is processed:

Your name and email address
Your company name and budget range, if you provide them
The message you write
Your IP address and browser user-agent — used only for spam prevention and rate limiting

This is used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to administer that relationship. It is never sold, rented, or used for marketing lists.

Analytics

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused: it sets no cookies, uses no client-side state, and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It reports aggregate page views and referrers only. Because nothing is stored on your device, no cookie consent banner is required.

Server logs

Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) to serve and secure the site. This is normal infrastructure operation.

Who else processes your data

Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security, analytics, and the database that stores contact submissions.
Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email.

Both are used strictly as processors acting on our instructions. No other third party receives your data.

How long it is kept

Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the business relationship, and are deleted when no longer needed. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are retained indefinitely.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to its processing. Email hello@jvmobiledevelopment.com and we will action any valid request within 30 days, at no cost.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact submissions are transmitted encrypted and stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to the site owner.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above will be updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
